# CoPouch Instructions for Use

## **What is CoPouch?**

**CoPouch (purse)** is a collaborative management capability for merchants or teams based on existing cpcash accounts:The main account (administrator), as a cp.cash user, can create multiple contract wallets (CoPouch), associate multiple member wallet addresses, and configure different permissions for members (such as view-only, transfer-able, etc.).Sub-accounts (members) are associated with the contract wallet using the same fund account through the address, but their behavior is limited by the contract account mechanism to ensure that the quota and permissions cannot be bypassed.Statistics and reconciliation will take transactions initiated by team members' addresses as the core dimension, which can further display specific operators and support cycle summary and export.Through the team account function, members can:Achieve responsibility traceability under multi-person collaboration.Realize differentiated control of permissions and quotas to reduce risks.Improve the efficiency of reconciliation and statistics, replacing inefficient manual bookkeeping
