# Terms of Service

### **1. General Rules**

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between CPcash and its users. By using CPcash digital products—including the CPcash website, mobile applications, and any features of these services—you agree to abide by all terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

CPcash may change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms prior to each use.

### **2. Content**

All information and content displayed on or used in connection with the CPcash website and services—including advertising, directories, guides, articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, software, data, and their selection or arrangement (collectively, “Content”)—are protected under applicable copyright and proprietary laws and are the intellectual property of CPcash.

CPcash protects its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law and strives to ensure all information on the website and services is accurate and up to date.

### **3. Third-Party Content**

The website and services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. CPcash does not control, endorse, sponsor, or accept responsibility for any third-party content. You should direct any concerns regarding third-party content to the relevant third parties. Accessing such content is at your own risk.

Occasionally, CPcash distributes content from third-party publishers. Except for limited stylistic adjustments, CPcash does not verify the accuracy of such content.

You acknowledge and agree that CPcash is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by reliance on any material contained in the website or services.

### **4. User-Generated Content**

If you upload, post, or submit any content on the services, you represent that you have the necessary legal rights to do so and that such content does not violate any law or the rights of any person.

You shall not upload, distribute, or publish any defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content; impersonate others; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. You shall not upload malware, viruses, spyware, or any other malicious software. Automated uploading or distribution is prohibited.

You agree not to threaten or verbally abuse other users, use defamatory language, or disrupt discussions with repetitive or meaningless messages. Hate speech of any kind will result in immediate suspension of access.

The services must be used in a noncommercial manner. You shall not distribute or publish any material soliciting funds or advertising without the express approval of CPcash.

You acknowledge that any submissions you make may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by CPcash, and you waive any rights you may have regarding modifications made to your content. By submitting content, you consent to its display and publication on the website and services.

All opinions expressed are solely those of the authors and do not constitute financial or investment advice. Nothing published by the website or services constitutes an investment recommendation.

### **6. Prohibited Use**

You may not access or use, or attempt to access or use, the services in any manner that could harm CPcash or any third party. You shall not circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise interfere with the services.

Without CPcash’s prior written consent, you shall not access areas of the services for which your access has been revoked; use robots, spiders, or automated tools to scrape content; or take actions imposing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Engaging in prohibited use may result in civil, criminal, and/or administrative penalties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CPcash operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, conducted in English.

If you believe that your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with specific information so that the matter can be addressed.
