# Stay Anonymous with CPcash : Easy Privacy Tips

Using the CPcash tool can help you maintain anonymity on-chain. However, if you don’t protect your identity both upstream and downstream, your anonymity may only be partial. Here are some practices to enhance your privacy

**1. Use TOR or a VPN**

Your IP address can reveal your identity to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and others.\
✅ Use **TOR** or a trusted **VPN** to hide your online activity.\
⚠️ Avoid free VPNs—they often keep logs or sell your data.\
👉 Choose a **reputable VPN** with a **no-log policy** for better protection.

####  2. Clear Your Browser Data

Your browser saves cookies and info that can link your transactions together.\
🧽 After every deposit or withdrawal:

* **Clear cookies**
* **Delete browser history & cache**

This stops third parties from connecting your activities across sessions.

####  3. Use Multiple Addresses

Don’t reuse the same wallet for everything!\
If you **deposit and withdraw the same amounts** using the **same address**, it’s easy to link them.\
